Joining & onboarding

When you join, you'll have an onboarding call with your host. They'll talk through your membership, answer any questions, and run a mini networking strategy session so you get the very best from The Ribbons Network.

Attendance

• No roaming to other groups — though you can visit other groups up to twice using the exclusive member discount.
• No swapping or switching meetings without a member swap; you can get first refusal when other members need a swap via the WhatsApp support group.
• As a member you're automatically added to the guest list for your monthly in-person meeting(s) and the national online event.
• If you can't attend a meeting, please let your event host know before the event.
• You're welcome to send someone in your place.
• Meetings are non-refundable if you cannot attend.
• Meetings can't be carried over to other months or groups unless a member swap takes place.
• You may only attend the meetings included in your membership unless a member swap takes place.

12-month plan

• Your first month is completely free when you join on a 12-month minimum term (code RIBBONS12).
• Membership is then charged at your tier's monthly fee from month two onwards.
• The complimentary first month forms part of the agreed 12-month commitment and is offered on that basis.
• Memberships have a minimum term of 12 months and aren't intended to be cancelled during this period.
• In exceptional or unforeseen circumstances, cancellation requests may be considered at the discretion of your host and The Ribbons Network.
• If a membership is ended before the minimum term, The Ribbons Network reserves the right to recover the value of the complimentary first month as part of any outstanding balance.
• Membership continues after the initial 12-month term unless one month's notice is provided.

4-month plan

• A 4-month minimum term, charged at your tier's monthly fee.
• Membership continues at the monthly fee after 4 months unless one month's notice is provided.
