I have been involved in the property industry for the past 21 years, firstly working for a country house estate agents and then starting my own business helping people to buy their homes. GoldDust Home Search is not affiliated to any estate agency and as such gives completely independent advice to clients who are looking to buy their next home. We are instructed by and paid by you, and our job is to protect your interests throughout the search and purchase. A buying journey always starts by clarifying your brief in detail. We explore your lifestyle, non negotiables, ‘nice to haves’ and longer term plans. We then refine and sometimes challenge that brief using local knowledge, so we only recommend areas and properties that genuinely fit. As well as a full search service I also offer a location finding service, which is a comprehensive report on a number of different areas combined with a location visit if required. I can also offer a viewing service for those who just need another pair of eyes on a potential purchase.
